The issue is now resolved.<strong><br /></strong></p> <p>The problem involved <span>updates</span><span> to the antivirus filters</span>, and prevented mail from being sent or received.&nbsp; <span></span>Mail was queued and is now being delivered; no mail was lost.&nbsp; Over the next few hours you should receive all mail that was sent to you during the outage period.</p> <p>We sincerely apologize for this problem and regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. Once a computer has been compromised it may not be possible to remove all malware from it without completely rebuilding the computer.
